I’ve read a lot about this “30 Day Water Challenge” lately. There’s a lot of different takes on it but for most you just try and drink a gallon of water a day for 30 days. The benefits seem pretty awesome! Glowing skin, better sleep, better energy, better mood, less sugar cravings, less food intake and some people even experience weight loss. So I thought I’d give it a try!
